Hi my name is Scott Woodward I'm 47 years old and diagnosed with ejection fraction systolic heart disease I also have a mass on my lung they won't let me work anymore I was previously a truck driver and now my bills are piling up and with no insurance or income life is extremely difficult and I don't want to leave a burden on anyone but unfortunately there are a lot of cost including the fact I may have to prepare for my own funeral the hospital doesn't know what caused my condition but are working on answers I've never been one to ask for help always worked hard and this has humble me but not broken me thanks for reading it any help is greatly appreciated
