Hi, my name is Mackenzie Downton and I am raising money for my dad Scott Downton (Scottie Dee) as some of you may know him as, an amazing father to 2 daughters (Mackenzie, Ashlee) and 1 son (Brandon). He was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Rectal Cancer. Our family is doing our best to help out where we can to get him to his appointments, paying for some prescriptions and the parking. This money will be helping him pay for any bills that he has as he is self-employed and he hasn’t been able to work for the last 2 months since being diagnosed and also can’t work when treatments start for a year minimum as he will be undergoing a course of chemo and/or radiation followed by surgery. It will also be going towards the parking at the hospital and any prescriptions that he will have to take and etc. Times are going to be tough for all his family and friends but even a small contribution can make a huge difference.
