I’m reaching out on behalf of my close friend, Scott, who recently experienced a serious accident while at work. As many of you know, Scott is self-employed and works tirelessly to provide for his family. Unfortunately, his injuries mean he won’t be able to work for at least the next 8 weeks while he recovers.

Scott is the type of person who is always on the go—not just for work, but also to lend a hand to anyone in need. Whether it’s helping a neighbor, supporting his family, or showing up for his friends, he’s the first to step up. Now, Scott needs our help.

Being self-employed, Scott doesn’t have access to paid leave or disability benefits. With bills mounting and everyday expenses to cover, the financial burden on his family is growing.
