Our sweet, feisty, lovable golden girl was born on November 10, 2020. She was the fourth and final puppy born to mom Sadie and dad Bentley. Scoots was born as the runt of the litter she was half the size of her brothers and sister but we knew from the first few minutes she was a fighter. She was born with a lesion on her spine causing her back legs to be paralyzed. Scoots does not know that she is any different from the other dogs. She wrestles plays and snuggles with her family every day. Approximately four weeks ago Scoots began to have open sores on her back legs. After a trip to the emergency room a few rounds of antibiotics and soaking her in the bath and wrapping them daily things have not improved. We saw a specialist who confirmed that her legs were harming her and were of no use to her body. The specialist confirmed that Scoots will thrive after a double amputation and go on to live a normal healthy life. But she needs your help! Please donate and share if you can ❤️❤️
