Help Scooby Doo Get Urgent Medical Care

Cane Corso abandoned at a dog park. Left in the hot sun in Summerlin, Las Vegas. I immediately had him scanned at the vet, he doesn’t have a microchip and he’s the 4th dog dumped at our community dog park in the past 3 weeks. Due to the condition he’s in, I’m starting a Gofundme to help get him the medical care and the nutrition he needs. You can see in the photos the large mass on his elbows. He most likely has dysplasia, his front legs point out. I don’t expect this to cost more than $2k for both elbows to be treated. He limps and runs very awkward. I just want to get this big boy some help. I’ve had him for 3 days as of today and he’s in some pain. When he wakes up he doesn’t move right away. It takes about 20-30 seconds for him to actually stand which is another side effect of dysplasia. (Stiffness) I named him scooby doo because if his walk.
