We’re reaching out for support after a heartbreaking incident that left our dear friend, Schenika, without a home and all her belongings.

Recently, an elderly neighbor in Schenika’s apartment building was fixing something to eat when a fire accidentally broke out in his unit. Despite his efforts to control it, the fire spread quickly, and in a short time, it engulfed the entire building. Tragically, the flames reached Schenika’s apartment, resulting in a total loss of everything she owned.

Schenika lost all her personal belongings, cherished memories, and everyday essentials. She is now faced with the overwhelming task of rebuilding her life from scratch. Though she is grateful to be safe, starting over is a challenge no one should have to face alone.
