First, thank you for taking the time to read this. I’ll be direct: I no longer feel safe where I live, and I need help getting out. If nothing else, please share this — support comes in many forms.

Who I Am

I’m a trans woman (MTF), streamer, and content creator. I’ve been working hard to build a small but strong community online while managing serious challenges — including depression, health issues, and financial instability.

️ My Current Situation

I’m currently living in rural Texas in the upstairs of my ex-wife’s parents’ home. While her mother is kind and supportive, her father is emotionally abusive, controlling, and dangerously unpredictable. He’s an alcoholic who:

Restricts our access to water (even for basic hygiene or showers)

Limits kitchen use and has threatened us with pew pews (go fund me is weird)

Turns off utilities (like the hot water and stove) to assert control

Yells, intimidates, and harasses us constantly

We've been threatened with violence multiple times, including references to guns — even directed at his own daughter.

Why I’m Trapped

I have no safe family support, no car, and we live 30+ minutes from town. Jobs are scarce, and I've applied to countless remote positions with no success. Streaming is my main source of income right now. My ex does delivery gigs to help us survive.

Abuse I've Experienced

Here’s a direct list of what I endure daily from her father:

-Extreme water restrictions — not allowed to shower or wash hands without being yelled at

-Monitors and controls kitchen access, often disabling the stove and hot water

-Yells and berates us for basic survival needs (eating, using the microwave, washing dishes)

-Has threatened us multiple times with a pew pew (gofund weird on words) — including threats toward his own daughter

-Follows us around the house, slams doors, and leaves aggressive notes

-Destroys shared property in fits of rage (slamming doors, throwing items)

-Refuses to let us exist in peace, even complaining when his wife shares food with us

-Has cut off power and water mid-use to assert control and force us out of shared spaces

-I now only move around at night, and even then, I’m at risk. I’ve had to sneak food and hide upstairs for my own safety. I haven’t had a stable or safe place to live in years.

Why I’m Trapped

No car or local job access — we’re extremely remote

I’ve applied to hundreds of remote jobs with no luck

My streaming income helps but isn’t enough to escape

I can barely afford my trans medication and antidepressants

We survive off my ex’s delivery gig income and community support

I’m also trying to afford basic necessities — including my trans medication and antidepressants — which is getting harder every day.

A Way Out

There is hope. I have a loving partner in California who is working hard so we can build a stable future together. But to escape this current situation, we need help covering the cost of moving and a few months of stability to get on our feet.
