On the 22nd of October Saxon went for a chest x-ray for a persistent cough. A large mass was found in his chest. Scans, biopsies and blood tests revealed the diagnosis of Stage 2 Hodgkin Lymphoma. He commenced chemotherapy on November 10th. Saxon who is 18 has has to put his chef apprenticeship on hold for at least 6 months whilst he receives treatment. Due to his age, he is ineligible for government benefits. Saxon and his family would be extremely grateful for anything you can give to help support his ongoing treatment.
