Hi everyone, my name is Sawyer and I'm raising funds for my upcoming top surgery.

This is something I've been working toward for a long time. I started hormone replacement therapy two years ago, and since then I've been really looking forward to taking this next step in my transition. This step in my journey is incredibly meaningful to me, and I am so excited to finally be here.
