We’re back at it! Hello, my name is Sawyer McCall and I’m headed back to Nationals! Last year, I got the privilege to attend the National History Day National Competition in Washington, D.C. thanks to the generosity of my community and everyone on here. But this year we’ve got a bigger problem/blessing, not only have I once again came 1st in Colorado for the Individual Senior Performance category in History Fair, but I have also came second place in Colorado for Intro to Public Speaking in Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)! As a result of these achievements, I have qualified for the nationals competition’s in two different clubs at my high school. History Fair Nationals will be in Washington, d.c. once again, and FBLA Nationals will be in San Antonio Texas, so I humbling come before you asking for help. My 2026 History Fair project is about Christian Diors impact on the fashion industry and my FBLA speech is about how teenagers can safely journey the internet. History Fair comes first being on June 14th-19th and FBLA will be later this summer on June 28th to July 3rd. My bare minimum goal in order to cover plane tickets, rooms, and transportation is $3,600 ($1,300 for History Fair and $2,000 for FBLA).
