Help Savoy mom with funeral

Savoy was born with a half a heart and had his first open heart surgery at a week old which ended up taking 18 hours due to them not knowing he was a hemophiliac. He's had 4 major open heart surgeries and numerous other procedures thru out his life. Savoy has been in and out of the hospital his whole life and just got out of the hospital again yesterday. He was on the front page of the newspaper at birth as most kids with his defect don't make it and there hadn't been many here in iowa and the 4 born before him had all passed away. Thru out his life he has had ups and downs and complications and again many hospital stays. We live in Des Moines and have been having to travel to Iowa City. About a year and a half ago Savoy had his second attempt at a severely high risk spinal fusion surgery as the first attempt almost killed him and he went into atrial flutter as soon as the cut him from top to bottom. The second attempt was successful however 4 days after finally getting to go home he was right back in the hospital. It has been an up and down roller-coaster with all he goes thru. Savoy is now preparing for a triple transplant ( heart, liver and kidneys) and we are being sent out of state to Chicago. Stead Family Children's Hospital in Iowa City has never done a double or triple transplant on a child so they are sending us out of state. We leave soon for Chicago the end of January so they can start preparing and doing all of the evaluations, tests and scans needed. If by chance after all that it wouldn't work out in Chicago they would be sending us to New York or Columbia. Once we go for the evaluations we are unsure if we will get to go home or if he will have to stay in the hospital until the organs are available. Once he has his transplants we will be in the hospital up to 3 months or more. I am a single mom struggling financially and am very stressed out about all of this. I am absolutely terrified for him to go thru this.
