Help Save Zeus: Urgent Medical Care Needed

My name is Jenifer. And my dog's name is Zeus. I adopted him a few years ago and it was the best decision of my life. It was around a time of self hatred and struggles with life. He brightened up my life and continues to do so. However, recently he got sick. We aren't sure what he has. He got sick over night and it's no common sickness. He has lost over 10 lbs in a matter of days. He's having difficulty eating and drinking, he trembles and can't sit or get up on his own, and he can't seem to walk on his own meaning going to the bathroom is difficult for him. He was perfectly healthy about four days ago, but he got sick three days ago. We are taking him to multiple vets costing us a check up for every visit. One told us that it would be over $2000 to get a specialist to see him including medications. We aren't too sure what's wrong with him just yet, but whatever it is, I want to save his life like he saved mine.
