Help Save Zephyrs Leg round 2

Tax deductible
This is round two for Zephyrs gofundme. PregnantMareRescue was kind enough to let me set up an account through their nonprofit, so gofundme only takes a very small percentage of donations AND you will be able to write off your donation as a tax deduction!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Today my dog Zephyr tragically snapped the two bones in her front left leg. It was the most horrific and traumatizing experience we have ever been through. We had to drive her two hours to see an emergency vet in Reno, and waited even longer for a vet to be able to assess her leg.

Tonight (5/29) they had to break the bones back into place, and tomorrow (5/30) she will go into emergency surgery where they will attempt to reconstruct her leg.

The total bill was shocking, and even the vet tech told me she has no idea how she could afford that kind of medical bill. She will also likely need rehab in order to use the leg properly again, which is a whole different bill that will be a weight on my shoulders.

I told them I would do anything to just make my baby better and out of pain.

I am in a tough place. Financial times are hard and I'm only working one/two days a week due to slow season. I also will need to take time off to take care of her, leaving me with no income. I have no idea how I will deal with these medical bills and hate asking for help, however, I'm hoping anyone who is in a position to throw a dollar or two might find it in their heart ❤

Zephyr is the happiest, sweetest, smartest most wonderful dog who most certainly does not deserve what she is currently going through. Please, if you can, make a small donation toward her recovery.
