سافر يعقوب رفقة والده لطفي من الجزائر إلى مدينة كولومبوس – أوهايو للعلاج، قبل أن يتحصل على تأمين طبي في مدينة نيويورك، حيث من المنتظر أن يُكمل علاجه هناك بإذن الله

Yaakoub Sabri is a six-year-old Algerian child suffering from a very rare disease known as Batten disease CLN2.

This painful genetic illness tragically caused the death of his brother Ishaq, may he rest in peace, and now Yaqub is fighting the same battle.

Yaqub traveled with his father, Lotfi, from Algeria to Columbus, Ohio for treatment, before obtaining medical insurance in New York City, where he is expected to continue his treatment, God willing.
