Help Save Wybie: Urgent Medical Support Needed

This is my seven month old kitten who’s name is Wybie, i adopted him two months ago and one Sunday morning he was wobbling, i thought he was maybe just excited to eat breakfast but after breakfast i noticed he was still wobbling, stomping loudly and couldn’t walk straight or very far, he then threw up and I immediately took him to the emergency vet hospital and waited hours for them to tell me this is most likely a neurological issue and will cost me between roughly 4-5 thousand dollars. The medicine they gave me are not looking to be working very well so im sitting here crying making this go fund me so my baby cat can actually live a longer life. Wybie also ended up practically bonding with my other cat Tokki who is only one years old. They cannot be separated without crying and they do everything together, Wybie now hides from everyone but Tokki and i cannot even imagine how Tokki would be if we lost Wybie. Please im asking for anything you’re able to provide to help save Wybie.
