Help Save Windows of Jerusalem
Donation protected
Dear Family, Friends and Valued Guests,
We humbly ask you to make a small donation to help save Windows of Jerusalem.
Since 2010, we have been your home in Jerusalem, providing the best short-term vacation rental apartments for tens of thousands of visitors.
Over the last 10 years we have invested millions of dollars and our hearts and souls into Windows of Jerusalem to provide you with the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness, top-of-the-line amenities, and superior customer service.
For 7+ years running, we are the TripAdvisor #1 (of 150+) traveler-ranked apartment-hotel in Jerusalem.
Due to the Corona pandemic, we've had zero guests and zero new reservations since February. Every current reservation has cancelled.
We don't know when visitors will return to Jerusalem, but we are hopeful it will be one day soon, and we want to be here for you, for the long term.
We are trying to survive, but we are on the verge of bankruptcy. Our most amazing 15 employees (who collectively support more than 30 children) are on unpaid leave. We don't have money to bring back our staff, pay our bills or maintain our apartments.
We applied and were approved for a government grant more than 2 months ago, but we have yet to receive it. We have been advised that the government doesn't have the money to pay the grants. I've spoken to numerous prospective investors, but no one wants to invest in the tourism sector at this time.
This urgent plea to you is our last-ditch effort to save Windows of Jerusalem. If this crowdfunding campaign is not successful, it's game over. We will lose our staff, lose our apartments, and close the business. It would be such a shame to permanently shut our doors.
We greatly appreciate any donation amount you can provide to help us stay afloat. You can also help by spreading the word. Tell your friends. Share the GoFundMe link on Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media platform.
Thank you for helping to save Windows of Jerusalem.
Sincerely,
Andy Altschuler & The Windows of Jerusalem Team
