Help save Wendy’s life

Our one year old Great Dane took a turn for the worst after getting spayed last week. As of this morning we realized Wendy was no longer Wendy, she did not want to get up from her bed and panting extremely hard for just laying down. After consulting with the vet, it was in everyone’s best interest to rush her to the emergency room. After examination we learned Wendy has free fluid in her belly and bleeding internally. We are faced with extremely high costs for surgery to save her life or letting her go. She’s only been in our family for just over a year and nowhere near ready to say goodbye. She has always been a great ball of energy, but incredibly loving and caring; from the moment we met her there was an instant connection. Never in a million years did we think we would be faced with these circumstances, but unfortunately we are. We know these times have been tough, but any little bit helps.
