Virginia had a successful colic surgery and is recovering comfortably at the equine hospital. She is looking perky and is so thankful to everyone who has helped save her life!!!

Help Jessica Save Her Beloved Horse, Virginia!!!

Virginia is a very sweet horse who has touched so many people's lives with her kind and spunky personality and huge heart.

Her mom, Jessica, is one of those people who gives everything she has—to her family, her work, and the animals she loves—always without asking for anything in return.

She is a single, hardworking mom who has faced more than her fair share of challenges over the past several years. Despite ongoing financial hardships, Jessica continues to show up every day with strength, compassion, and determination. She was already navigating the incredibly difficult reality of having to sell her home due to financial strain—something no one ever plans for, but she’s handling with grace, when this new overwhelming crisis unfolded.

One of Jessica’s greatest passions is her horses. She is an avid and deeply devoted horsewoman who always puts her animals’ well-being first. Her horse, Virginia, is not just a horse—she’s family.

Today, Virginia became seriously ill with colic and is requiring urgent, life saving colic surgery which will result in huge veterinary bills that Jessica simply cannot manage on her own right now. We have one dear friend who has pledged $5,000 to help pay the vet bills but it could end up totaling $30,000 or more.
