Good evening Vasilis family!

We are devastated and heartbroken. Calling and absolutely pleading for your help and support !

Roughly in November of 2025 we were trying to prepare for the slow season coming up but things had been extra SLOW a lot sooner for some reason. We got behind this winter which led to a ROUGH beginning for 2026. To say we are hanging on by a thread is an absolute understatement. Our overall goal is 6,000 That will get us caught up on;

- What we are behind on ✨️

- Still be able to keep power on✨️

- Keep the few employees we do have✨️

- Pay rent which has gone up✨️

- Fix our walk in cooler thats on its last leg hopefully before it gets too hot for it to keep up!✨️and our AC

This is the last go to and probably our final attempt at trying to save Vasilis. Between inflation, equipment break downs one after another, staffing issues, illnesses etc. Once you get behind, sometimes it seems like a never ending cycle to get caught back up.

We really need your help, so here we are asking for it. We would greatly appreciate ANY support.

We have faith that we can reach our goal to get through this 100% ❤️ ANY amount helps achieve our goal and helps keep Vasilis open. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears have been poured into this place. Opening up just 2 weeks before being shut down for covid back in March of 2020- it has been quite the journey.
