Help Save Tyvon’s Hand And Home
Donation protected
We, Tyvon’s mom Rose and her Aunt Linda, are hosting this fund raiser to help Tyvon recover her life after a disastrous accident. Tyvon, a 40 year old single mom, who has worked since she was 13, now finds herself, for the first time, unable to work. She was cooking dinner and while cutting a butternut squash sliced through her hand. Tyvon cut through her artery and her tendons. Even though her wonderful friends rushed her to the hospital, she was unconscious when she arrived due to loss of blood. It took two transfusions before she came to.
Tyvon was in the ICU for three days and had to under go surgery to start the repair of her artery and tendons.
Tyvon has a successful career as a bartender working a sports bar and at two city golf courses. She is a loving mother, a great friend, and a phenomenal cook, who loves to have family and friends over for fantastic meals. She loves gardening, cooking, horseback riding, friends, family, dogs, and hiking.
Tyvon is supporting herself and her teenage daughter. She is in physical therapy now and will need at least one more surgery and a lot more therapy. She will be unable to work for many months. The bills are piling up. Rent, medical bills, the cost of food, phone, utilities, car insurance, and all the other expenses that need to be paid.
Without financial help Tyvon and her daughter are going to lose their home. Tyvon has never been in a situation where she couldn’t take care of her obligations. Without the use of her hand working just isn’t possible.
Both Rose and I are seniors and have done as much as we can. We are reaching out to all of you to see if you can help Tyvon pay her bills. The smallest donation will truly be appreciated.
Please everyone, even if you don’t donate please, please pass this on to your friends and acquaintances.
With your help Tyvon will be able to pay her bills and survive this.
Thank you so much for anything you can do.
