Trooper has been diagnosed with the 100% fatal illness  FIP that killed our other kitten Sunny in March.  (The two cases are not related and it's a sad fluke that we got 2 kittens with FIP).    There is  no FDA approved medicine so we cannot use our pet insurance... However, our vets let us know that there IS effective medicine and how to get it....  So we committed to it but it will be thousands of dollars to save his life...

Every night, the kids help me give Trooper painful and expensive life-saving shots.  Between the medicine and the monthly blood tests, this treatment will cost us $4000-$5000.
