Help Me Save My Sweet Cat, Toph

Hi, my name is Kiana Calkins, and I’m the proud cat mom of Toph — the sweetest, most gentle girl anyone could ever ask for.

Recently, Toph swallowed a string that became lodged in her throat and has now caused a serious and painful condition in her intestines. The damage has caused her intestines to begin to “accordion,” and she’s now being rushed into emergency surgery. If the condition worsens, her intestines may have to be reconstructed piece by piece.

I’m doing everything I can to cover the cost of this life-saving procedure — draining every account I have — but I can’t do it alone. The surgery is expensive, and I’m heartbroken and overwhelmed.
