Hi friends- as many of you know I have made the tough decision to close Tip Top Tavern. Tip Top is an iconic bar in Vancouver, WA and has been serving "cold ones" since 1933. Prior to COVID-19 you could find yourself in our family style bar enjoying Taco Wednesdays or one of our eighteen beers on tap.
To protect our team, the health of our community and ultimately save our business we felt like our only option was to temporarily close. Even with the peace in our decision to close- our family like staff remains our biggest concern.
Closing our doors means our small staff will and is struggling. We pride ourselves on having open doors 365 days a year. Whether you are a regular and find your window seat open every Thursday during the lunch rush, or maybe you've driven by on Thanksgiving when we serve free lunch. We've kept our doors open and our selfless staff has taken time from their own families to greet you on these typical closure days.
We have been there for you, and we hope to open our doors again. For now friends, we are asking you to be there for us.
Thank you in advance for the donations. Every contribution makes a significant impact on our team as we will be disbursing the funds directly to our staff. We hope to find many ways to thank all of our generous donors when our doors open. Thank you for supporting us-it's not a goodbye, but a see you later.
