Help Save This Beautiful Little Family

*Update* Kailyn is still fighting for¹ her kids. Her ex and his lawyer have convinced the courts that she has a history of domestic violence although there is zero evidence and it is actually the father that has DV record in the courts but the courts refuses to acknowledge that. They have nickel and dimed Kailyn so much to make sure she can not afford to fight for her kids and called every lawyer in the area to create a conflict of interst so no lawyers can take her case on and has been forced to self represent up until now. She has finally gotten the help of a Native American advocate but they can only help so much. Every single cent of the money that has been dontated has gone to legal fees and to pay for supervised visits with her children. As you know legal fees are costly and everything that has been given so far has been so appreciated and helped her to keep fighting for whats right. Her ex and his families goal is to wipe Kailyn from her childrens lives forever. Please dont let this happen. She has done nothing to deserve this and continues to endure the slander and defemation from her ex and his family. They often plaster stories about her, calling her and her family vulger and horrible names under disguise of religious scripture and judgment on Facebook. They deem it okay because they don't use names but referencing her as the ex wife and describing others is quite obvious who they are speaking of in their hateful rhetoric. They try to humiliate her and belittle but she is a loveing mother that cares nothing more then to be with her children. So I am asking once more that we help Kailyn and her children reunite and find the justice she hasnt recieved because she was never able to be represented properly.******** My name is Tori and I am raising money for my friend Kailyn Hall and her two beautiful children for legal fees to fight to keep her kids. She has been going through a very ugly divorce and more. She thought she was going to get the usual 50/50 custody of her kids but through lies and painting a false picture of Kailyn, her ex and his family hhve convince the court she is an unstable, unfit parent that can only see her children through supervised visits that she must pay for. Everything that was said in court from her ex and his family were lies, nothing but words and all the evidence and proof she brought to defend herself was either ignored or thrown out all together because she could not afford a lawyer or find a good one because they created conflict of interests be calling just about every lawyer in the surrounding area first. They even said she forged medical records for the kids. All lies. Often she was not allowed to even speak for herself in court. Even denied of her Native American heritage. In all of Washington's custody court cases I have never seen or heard anything wrongfully skewed in the favor of a wrong parent like this. Usually you have to have done something pretty horrible to lose your children but there was no evidense whatsoever ever here that Kailyn has ever done anything wrong nor does she have a record at all. He won off of words and hersay and she lost with proof and evidence to back her up but it didn't matter because she wasn't able to afford a lawyer the whole time because he made sure he drained her money on so many other court proceedings. She ran out of funds and her lawyer quit her case. This is a classic case of whoever has the most money wins. And he is only out for the money. It's actually his family that wants the money. He got the kids 100%, more child support then she even makes in a month ans he gets to change their sons name and she has to pay his legal fees and her own. Even her other immediate family is barred from seeing the kids. She walked away with absolutely nothing and she was the one who was abused, manipulated, and even attacked (with a D.V. case against her ex involving a gun but even that didnt matter to the courts either). His family goes on social media and says horrible disgusting things about her and she never lowered herself to their level. Those are the people that are raising these kids now. She had done nothing but what was advised for her and followed all the rules for fear of doing anything to jeopardize her life with her kids. They are her whole world. She takes them to parks and fun experiences. She celebrates every moment with them and every milestone is imortilized with all the fun crafts. She loves to take photos and teach them new things. Thier smiles are the brightest when they are with their mom. There is so much more to Kailyn’s story but the most important part is Kailyn is an amazing mother and her kids are the only thing that matters to her. My goal, with your help, is to raise as much money for her to fight to get her kids back. There is zero reason for her to lose any custody of her children let alone visitation. She is not a danger or unfit in any way. He and his family have done this to collect the child support and to hurt Kailyn and her family as much as possible. The kids will suffer the most without their mom and I am pleading for anyone to help me help save this beautiful little family. And maybe we can make sense of what is happening in the court system because no one can make sense of this other then something very corrupt. Let's not let this family fall through the cracks.
