My name is Nathalie Yves Gaulthier and I have spent my entire life dedicated to kids and helping others in need and humbly being part "of the village" raising kids.

I started my company at age 14 and have fought my way to the top my whole life while still getting a college education.

I have helped raise over 6.3 million in 7 years which went directly to global charities with my
highly successful Le PeTiT CiRqUe®, the world's only humanitarian cirque production company
and elite training facility for youths from all over the globe.

I create international shows with gifted youths, world champions, Guinness Book record holders in circus, dance, music, and variety acts etc in order to *provide empowering entertainment for
family entertainment and those in need. We are often featured in the news and in television
and film for our good deeds.

We also train gifted youths in high-level level circus with elite coaches with kids from the USA,
Australia, Japan, Canada, the UK, Asia, Mexico and have helped numerous youths acquire professional careers.

We are now up to *FOURTEEN (14) full-ride and Dean's College Scholarships received by our
company's graduating students due to their years of humanitarian work with us.

We have *headlined the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo with John Legend, Zara Larson and
Lukas Graham, performed for the Dalai Lama, royalty and world leaders , but most importantly our work with down syndrome, autism, the physically challenged and the elderly is what we are the most renowned for.

We are the *first company to ever fly a paralyzed child in a harness in a full circus show with our
other company members on trapezes.

*ENTER COVID -19*. THEN BAM!!!!!!!!!!

*My life, and that of all my young artists and my team changed DRAMATICALLY when we were
all suddenly forced a full government business shut down due to COVID 19.

We lost ALL OF OUR INCOME and were booked for over 50 K in global shows and gigs and on
the VERGE OF BECOMING THE JUNIOR version of CIRQUE DU SOLEIL.. (the gigs have been
rescheduled for 2021)

We can NO LONGER pay our studio rent and really NEED THIS STUDIO to retain our HOME FOR THE KIDS.

PLEASE ... can you HELP US keep the kids studio so we can continue HELPING OTHERS?
EVERY PENNY WILL GO TO OUR STUDIO RENT SO WE CAN SAVE THE KIDS STUDIO!!

I am a workaholic, a hard worker and a child advocate and I will NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP , as
THAT is what I teach my kids.

* I have applied to every possible bank and Government loan and payroll protection there is! **
We have been TURNED DOWN by all LOANS we applied for...because :
-we are a small business
-we are in the arts
-we are in California, whereby a new unfair law called "AB5" has restricted any help to any businesses who only have "independent contractors" ( W9'S) , as opposed to "employees" ( W2'S)

It was at this point I realized I truly need help from MY COMMUNITY and not the GOVT.

I AM DEVASTATED.
I am a child advocate and A WARRIOR and I am reaching out to my community to *SAVE THE KIDS PRECIOUS Le PeTiT CiRqUe studio.

*WE DESPERATELY NEED YOUR HELP TO KEEP THE STUDIO so we HAVE SOMETHING TO COME BACK TO AND CONTINUE OUR HUMANITARIAN WORK WITH THE KIDS with our
powerful and inspiring shows that have changed so many lives and helped so many financially.

I am embarrassed and weeping as I write this, scared and very VERY sad, and I'm admitting, after
all these years that ...

It's MY TURN to ask for help.

PLEASE... the kids and I really need HELP to save Le PeTiT CiRqUe® and the studio.
The 2 things that have saved so many , helped so many, and are an integral part of the community and global aid to others.

*ANY amount will do... it will go straight to the studio landlord and our outstanding bills so
we can SURVIVE THIS.
