Hiya my names Toni, I’m doing this go fund me to try and raise funds for the sensory shack I’m sure a lot of you have seen sineads post and video about being denied funding so many times and the shack is at risk of closing, for those of you who don’t know about the sensory shack the shack is a respite place for children with additional needs and different disabilities they even do sessions to help children who can’t attend school it’s an amazing place, sinead has put absolutely everything into the shack even when she’s been fighting her own battles at home with her children she’s the most selfless kind hearted person I’ve ever met and I’ll always be so grateful for everything she’s done for my son theo who’s been attending the shack since he was 2 and non verbal he’s now 6 and still goes the shack and is a little chatter box now and part of his development is because of the help and support we receive as a family from the shack, if the shack closes our children with additional needs won’t have a safe place were they can be themselves and not be judged or looked at, we as parents won’t have the love and support we receive from sinead and all the lovely staff so I’m asking you all even if it’s only £1 help save our shack share the shacks story with everyone this might only save the shack for an extra month but it’s an extra month our children can be in their happy place thankyou everyone for reading and I really hope we can give something back and help sinead she really does deserve it and it’s disgusting our government and council won’t help fund such an amazing place xx
