The Little Diner in Vail, CO has been a cornerstone of our community since 2008, serving breakfast and lunch year-round and dinner during the busy tourist seasons. We pride ourselves on scratch-made comfort food using family recipes and the best locally sourced ingredients. Our regular customers—locals and visitors alike—have become part of our extended family, and many of our dedicated staff have been with us since the very beginning. We do our best to offer them great compensation, benefits, and even housing, because their hard work and hospitality are the heart of our business.

Recently, our world was turned upside down when our landlord passed away and the building we call home was sold. Thankfully, our new landlord, who is redeveloping the property, has offered us a chance to purchase a new space in the same location. This is a tremendous opportunity for us to stay in the community we love, continue serving our loyal customers, and eventually pass the business on to our daughters, who already love helping out at the diner.

The funds raised will help us make a down payment on the new space and purchase any equipment we need to keep The Little Diner running and growing. We want to keep providing the food and service our community has come to love, and maybe even expand to offer catering, après ski, and more dinner options.
