My family and I have been working hard to build our small burrito business, serving up fresh, homemade food straight from our kitchen, to you in our Little Burrito Truck. Our dream has always been to grow and share our passion with more people, but we’ve hit a major setback—California’s permit requirements have shut us down until we can operate legally.

Instead of giving up, we’re ready to take the next big step: getting a food truck! This will allow us to meet all legal requirements, keep our business running, and continue serving the community we love.
