Ummmmm... help?

Saturday night, there was a bit of an "oops" with the Element of Surprise. As I was just pulling off US 40 onto I-81, the right rear tire went flat. Suddenly and loudly.. I was stuck in the middle of a long on-ramp, so I had little choice but to creep forward until I could find a place where the shoulder had actually been plowed, or I would get rear-ended... The wheel wound up pretty much in the snow, but i could tell it was flat and there was no hope of fixing it there.

Veronica came and got me (bless you, dear), I managed to get Roadside Assistance (via GEICO) to tow the car, and I made it through the weekend.

Yesterday I got the news from Triangle Motors (bless their hearts - they take good care of me...)

I'm screwed*. Right now, I have a choice between rent and transportation; which is a challenge, since I work in Baltimore and live in Frederick.

So, if you know me, you know how much I hate this, and I know we all have so many pressing things right now - but I really need a hand. If you can help. I'll be eternally grateful (even more than I already am). And if not, I totally understand.

*Tow, four new tires (plus alignment), 1 wheel, and one axle. 1500.00. (I can cover about 200 of it - maybe 250.00)
