My name is Jesus (Jay) Rendon, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of my beloved boy, Thanos. For the past six years, Thanos has been standing by my side through thick and thin. He's witnessed my lowest lows and celebrated my highest highs, and he's never failed to brighten my days with his love and loyalty.

Recently, Thanos was diagnosed with a rare condition called Immune-Mediated Thrombocytopenia (ITP). ITP is a condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys the platelets in the blood, leading to a dangerously low platelet count. This has caused internal bleeding, putting Thanos's life in danger. The doctors are working tirelessly to understand the root cause, whether it's an infection or an autoimmune disease, and they're doing everything they can to save him.

Thanos has been in the emergency room for a week now, and every day that I see him, his eyes light up with hope and love. It's a small yet powerful reminder of the incredible bond we share. He's more than just a pet; he's family, and I can't imagine my life without him.

Unfortunately, the cost of Thanos's treatment has already reached a point where I'm struggling to keep up with the expenses. He's received a life-saving blood transfusion, but the road ahead is still uncertain. The doctors anticipate that he may need another transfusion and ongoing care to recover fully.
