Our sweet Slimothy needs your help.

Slim has a fast-growing mass on the side of his abdomen that’s making it harder for him to eat, breathe, and be his usual vibrant self. He’ll likely need surgery soon, but first, Bethany—his devoted cat mom—has to make the hour-and-a-half drive to a specialist to find out exactly what can be done. Between travel, diagnostics, surgery, and post-op care, the costs are expected to reach around $1,200.

Bethany is one of the most selfless people I know. She’s spent years fostering and rescuing animals, giving countless cats a second chance at life—including my own. She never asks for help, but right now, she’s in an incredibly difficult spot. She recently lost her job, and seeing Slim in pain has been heartbreaking for her.

Slimothy is more than just a cat. He’s Bethany’s shadow, her comfort, her family. He loves leaping onto her chest for snuggles, stealing her spot on the couch, and bringing joy wherever he goes. But he hasn’t been himself lately, and we’re all so worried about him.
