When you think of the hockey community,
who comes to mind first?

Superior Edge Custom Skate and Apparel?
If one or more of those names come to mind,
you’ve probably had the pleasure of meeting, knowing or being trained by the one and only, Frank Littlejohn.
Frank, aside from his 20 years of professional hockey, has dedicated the last 15 years to the hockey community. This dedication includes
but is not limited to; on ice training, off ice
training, coaching and most recently, building a business FOR the hockey community. His
business of Superior Edge Custom Skate and Apparel provides sharpening,
apparel/equipment, but best of all it provides a service that you just can’t get anywhere else.
This service provides one on one high
intensity treadmill training. He has opened his doors to children and adults of all levels and
provides individual training geared specifically to their needs.
With the unfortunate events of our province wide shut down, we as a community, need to
step up and support the one who has always
stepped up for us. We know Frank barely
made it through the first shut down last year
and we are very concerned that this time
around he won’t get so lucky.
As a family man, a business owner, a
neighbour and a friend; can we as a
community help him to be able to continue to provide his services to our families? We
recognize that many of us are in the same boat financially, but when this is all said and done
and we get back to “normal”, his business is
part of our normal. Our daily games and
practices, our weekly training sessions, our
neighbourhood skate sharpener, our go to for any and all hockey advice and requirements. We can’t let the landlord and government win
over another small business and close his
doors.
Frank is never going to ask for help, but as a
grand surprise to him, PLEASE help me help
him! Anything you can offer will be greatly
appreciated and hopefully, together, we can
save a local business as the strong community that we are!!
