Hello, my name is Jacob.

My little love bug, Sugar, consumed some plastic and needs an operation to remove the plastic as it is causing a blockage. I don't have the funds for such an extreme surgery. She is only 10 months old and has so much more love to give the world. I was told that maybe the community could help me with being able to afford the surgery.
