This is Stormy. She is my chunky 7 year old girl that has been by my side through thick and thin. I noticed she was losing weight so I took her to the vet on 4/15/26. I was devastated to hear that she has a mass in her abdomen and had lost over a third of her weight. I was told the prognosis is not good.

We don't know how long she has, but I will do everything I can to save her. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and will go toward paying off the vet bills and treatment.

Story

On my way home from work in 2019, I randomly decided to stop by the animal shelter (BARCS). It was surprisingly crowded that day. As I walked to the back of the cat room, I heard this little grey kitten with a big ol' spot of orange on her face meowing. I couldn't believe no one was giving her any attention (I'm not sure if her colors turned people off, but I found her beautiful) so I asked if I could see her.. as soon as that cage opened, she came up and basically told me I was taking her home with one long "MEEEEOWWW".

There was no adjustment period. She followed me everywhere.. and still does to this day..

It's hard to imagine a day I come home without her waiting on by the back door or her crashing down the stairs to greet me.

She loves stretching out and being silly..

She even loves tummy rubs..

She loves..

She hides from roof repair men..

She fights..
