My name is Jamie & I’m writing this on behalf of my friend Jocelyn and her girl, Stormy. Stormy is her Cane Corso, her constant companion, and a cherished part of her family. Right now, Stormy is facing a life-threatening intestinal obstruction and needs emergency surgery immediately.

My friend is a single mother who is trying to make ends meet and would give absolutely anything to save Stormy. She is doing everything in her power to get her the care she needs, but the cost of emergency diagnostics, surgery, hospitalization, and recovery is overwhelming — especially while raising her children on her own.

Stormy is deeply loved and has so much life left to live. She brings comfort, protection, and unconditional love to my friend and her kids, and their home would feel incomplete without her. We are asking our community to please rally around them during this terrifying time.
