So as many of you know I am legally blind , less of you know the reason why. I have a degenerative eye disease called Keratoconus, which over time has caused scaring and misshapen my corneas.

i have pre severe symptoms, which means there are only a few things I can do to slow down the loss of my eyesight, and maintain eye health. One of them is to get thick scleral lenses to help correct the shape of my eyes . Turns out the cost of these lenses are devastatingly high, even with my insurance. In the near future I am also going to need a cornea replacement, but in the meantime time these lenses will help prevent my fragile corneas from rupturing, and help preserve the vision that I have left. I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone could offer.
