Help save Scratchy

This is Scratchy. He's 4 months old. He's my best buddy and the love of my family's life.
A week ago he got sick and is currently in the vets surgery. They suspect that he has meningitis but to be able to confirm and treat it correctly, he needs an MRI scan, a spinal tap among other tests. We've just been told that it will cost £5000 and his pet insurance won't cover the cost. We don't have that kind of money and this is the only thing I can think of to try and raise it in time to save him.
