Help Save Rockin' Rollers Event Arena

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Rf Fun Dation a 501 C3 non-profit dba Rockin' Rollers Event Arena, and any donation will help make an impact. We had to close Rockin' Rollers here in Santa Fe on March 8th. We nearly were able to open last month but the pandemic surged and we never got our chance to open. Though the landlords were willing to defer a couple of months of rent until the end of the year, we now have accumulated quite a debt due to past due rent. The fact of the matter is that we were forced to give up our income due to the pandemic and it is right that we did. We love our community and have served the children (as well as many adults) for nearly 24 years. We are expected to pay the back rent by the landlords and were threatened with eviction last week. We negotiated and hopefully will be able to remain in existence for another 3 months. To do this we will need to raise $10,000. Clearly we are not alone in the fact that many businesses in New Mexico face extinction. If we are forced to close it will be the first time since 1973 that there would be no more indoor roller skating in Santa Fe. It would be a tragedy for us to lose this beloved and valuable community center. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us all here in Santa Fe.
