Help Save Ria – Our Sweet Girl Fighting Cancer

I’m reaching out on behalf of my cousins Channan, Rob, and their 9 year old daughter Kyra, who are facing a heartbreaking situation.

Their beloved dog, Ria has unfortunately just been diagnosed with a cancerous tumour. Thankfully, the vet is confident that it was caught soon enough that surgery can save her life. The cost of the operation to remove the most worrisome tumour is £1,100-£1,300 and she has three more lumps the vet would ideally like to remove before they become a problem which he is charging £250 each for, this sum is out of reach for this low-income family so I’d like to try raise as much as possible to help.

Ria is so much more than a pet, she’s family. She is 9 years old, full of life, and the most gentle girl you could ever meet. She has also always been an incredible comfort to Kyra, especially after a series of recent losses that still weigh heavily on our hearts.

Nine months ago, Ria lost her life partner, Rex, to testicular cancer. He was also the father of their two beautiful puppies, Rue and Kahn. Losing Rex was devastating, and the thought of saying goodbye to Ria so soon after is simply unbearable.

We know times are tough for many, but even the smallest donation could make the biggest difference. Your kindness could help give Ria a second chance at life, and keep the family from having to endure another painful loss.
