Hey freinds a series of unfortunate events has lead up to my freinds 8 month old puppy being viciously attacked by another dog and is now in critical condition requiring major surgery. June 15th

Locksley Lou lady long body little paw

After several trips to the hospital they have now been able to see that her shoulder blade is fractured which has made her leg hang lifeless at her side. She now has to go to orthopedist specialist and they will decide if they can fix her or amputate her leg. We will know more tomorrow. Thank you all for your support. This is a thing that came upon us like a bolt of lightening from a clear blue sky. we really like her leg and she loves to bounce and we wanna keep it attached if possible. Our family is so grateful.

June 22nd

Lox is now in a sling cast device thing which they say will perhaps end with her being healed due to her age. Buuuuuuuuut also if not then surgery will happen and that will be harder as so much time has passed. So fingers crossed that the next 6 to 8 weeks of weekly readjustments of this sling thing do the job and she back to being a bucking bronco like she was before... All of her internal wounds and punctures and rips and tares have healed and her stitches are out. Thanks again to everyone for killing it, None of this would be possible without you

Good day everyone. Update time.

Locksley Lou Betty Lou has now had her cast removed, her broken shoulder is now one again and her nerve damage is getting better everyday. She walks with a gangster like limp now and wields a small pimp cane, the handle she carved from bone in the shape of a pit bulls head. She carved this whilest high on her many drugs as she did time in her kennel awaiting the day when that door would open and freedom would be upon her. She’s become quite the monster behind bars and we may have to put her in rehab for this pill addiction she has embraced. We are hoping her intervention goes well. We thank you all for your support and generosity during this horrible time in her life. Puppies are amazing and she just wants to giver. I’m pleasantly surprised that she didn’t just take off her own leg as it was slowing her down. Locksley and all 4 limbs thank u, as do we. Heart shape emoji smiley face emoji.
