After signing a lease with Abrams Lofts in 2024, I moved into a commercial space that was never delivered in working condition, no HVAC, no hot water, unfinished buildout, and persistent access issues.

Despite trying to resolve these issues professionally, my concerns were ignored. Now, the landlord is suing me for over $483,000 in accelerated rent even though they violated the lease from day one.

I’m currently self-represented, unable to afford legal help, and at risk of losing everything my credit, my practice, and the dream I worked so hard to build.
