Help Save P.R.R. Philadelphia County from Scrap

Louisville Railway a Kentucky not for profit  is seeking to preserve the 13 Bedroom Pullman Philadelphia County Ca 1939  built for the famed Broadway Limited she is the last of her kind. We must met a reserve price set by the seller of the rail car by  October 1 ,  This car once owned by Indiana Transportation Museum id one of a hand full of assorted passenger cars left on the site and this Pullman car is intact inside  Our plans for the car are to prevent its scheduled scraping October 15  thus keeping it from harms way.  Relocate it to a safety at  a  side track with our other equipment  a  coach - observation  lounge Seaboard 6400 in Santa Claus Indiana. Preform a COTS and be  evaluated by a certified Amtrak inspector   Upcoming  private car excursions are being planned to raise additional funding  to recover her moving costs  Please help if you can
