Help Save Poppy. Critical Surgery Needed

Our beloved Weimaraner Poppy is in a critical condition after having emergency surgery at the weekend to remove a large section of her bowel. Her bowel had somehow wrapped around itself, ultimately cutting off all circulation. They successfully removed the damaged section however she is still in the vet hospital, being constantly monitored. She is not responding to treatment & is refusing to eat (If anyone knows my Pops, she's an absolute foodie & will eat anything and everything)

The vets are advising us that they will need to operate again & investigate further, as well as fit a feeding tube

Poppy is insured but unfortunately only up to £3000, we are now well over this amount and they have estimated costs of over £10,000 after the second operation has been performed.

Obviously, this is devastating for us as a family, you never think anything like this could happen. Poppy is not only my partner in crime while at work, she's the crazy friend of all my clients dogs, who loves nothing more than to start off zoomies. Poppy is my shadow, a beloved part of our family & my everything ♥️

Poppy is going to be 6 next Monday, she still has so many years to fill our world with love & happiness. I will try everything to keep her alive & healthy which is ultimately why I'm doing this.
