Hello my name is Phoebe Wells, I’m a 16 year old girl. My 6-month-old puppy stopped using his rear left leg and would cry if we tried to look at it, so we took him to the vet. They took some x-rays of his leg, and the ligament that connects the tibia and the patella ripped a piece of the tibia off the bone. It’s pretty much the worst-case scenario, and sadly, it’s a surgical issue.

The surgery would cost about $5,000, but as a 16-year-old girl who doesn’t have a substantial amount of income, that’s a big goal.
