Help Save Pepè: Emergency Spinal Surgery Needed
Donation protected

Hello, my name is Merly and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my beloved French Bulldog, Pepè.
On Sunday May 25th Pepè suddenly lost control of his back legs while we were playing fetch. He became wobbly, disoriented, and unable to walk. After urgent care, multiple vet visits, medications, and a 9-hour drive to Saskatoon, Pepè was diagnosed with a serious spinal condition that requires emergency surgery to give him a chance at walking again.
Despite the pain, Pepè remains brave — he’s still alert, eating, and trying to scoot around with just his front legs. But he’s uncomfortable, and his condition is delicate. The next few days are critical.
What We’re Facing:
Neurological decline is affecting both his back and now his front legs.
Surgery may be the only option to prevent complete paralysis and give Pepè a quality life.
Unfortunately, the costs are extremely high, and we’re looking at $6000+ for diagnostics, surgery, hospitalization, and recovery care.
❤️ Why Pepè Means Everything:
Pepè isn’t “just a dog” — he’s family. He’s our comic relief, our cuddle buddy, our little fighter. Seeing him suffer has been heartbreaking, and we’re doing everything we can. But we can't do it alone.
How You Can Help:
Your donation will go directly toward:
Spinal surgery and hospitalization
Pain and inflammation management
Rehabilitation and laser therapy
Post-op recovery supplies
No amount is too small. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign means the world to us.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being a part of Pepè’s journey. We believe in miracles — and with your help, Pepè might just get his.
With love,
Merly
