Three days ago, my 5-month-old puppy Peanut suddenly stopped eating. I knew something was wrong, so today we rushed her to the vet. After a series of x-rays and an overnight stay with IV fluids, we received heartbreaking news: Peanut has a severe blockage in her intestines. We’ve already paid for her initial care, but the only way to save her is an urgent surgery that costs much more than we can afford on our own.
Peanut is my youngest 'baby' and means the world to me. She’s always been full of energy and love, and it’s so hard to see her like this. The funds raised here will go directly to covering the cost of her surgery, which she needs as soon as possible to have a chance at recovery. Without this surgery, we’ll have to bring her home to spend her last days surrounded by family, making sure she isn’t in pain. Right now, she’s not suffering, but that will change quickly if we can’t act soon.
Thank you for even reading this and considering helping Peanut. Your support, whether through a donation or by sharing our story, means everything to us. Every bit helps give Peanut the chance to get back to her happy, playful self. We’re so grateful for your kindness and support during this difficult time.
