Help Save Our Road

The Wildwood Woodlands community is a small neighborhood 2 miles north of Boulder Creek, California. Our neighborhood was heavily affected by the CZU complex wildfires with 90% of the homes being destroyed. We are however a strong and committed group of neighbors who vow to rebuild our homes even in the face of all the destruction that surrounds us.

The Wildwood Woodlands roads are all privately maintained and as a result of the CZU wildfire our road has suffered devastating damage in the form of three vaporized culvert drains (see pictures).

In addition to the damage from the fire our community now faces an new threat... the destruction of our road system caused by debris removal trucks *(see pictures).  The debris is gone but now neighbors, emergency vehicles, and construction crews are not able to access the homes in the community affected by all this destruction. 

Our community has already accrued a debt to fix the culverts and now must come up with more money. Anything helps, as we are navigating rebuilding our homes and now have the added stress of paying for our road out of our own funds.  We are proud but understand our limitations and now is the time to put our pride aside and ask those around us for help.

The Wildwood Woodlands community is in need of $50,000.00 for these road repairs.

All donations will go to the Wildwood Woodlands road association bank account and will be used for repairs. No individual will be the recipient of your donation and so you can be assured the donation goes to the community as a whole.
