We’re raising funds to surprise our incredible PI, Dr. Holechek, with an early 50th birthday gift — a brand new laptop! Her current computer constantly crashes during office hours, meetings, and student sessions, making her work so much harder than it needs to be.

She gives so much of herself to her students — mentoring us in research, directing the undergraduate SOLUR program, and tirelessly advocating for non-traditional students, online learners, and women in science.
