Hello,
My name is Seun and I am trying to raise funds for my cousin's 9 months old son Zaram who has been in hospital for a few weeks now in Lagos, Nigeria.
The poor boy was taken for a routine immunization shot where things took a downward spiral. He has been placed in intensive care unit(ICU) in a private hospital in Lagos.
He is currently battling with what is suspected to be HLH( Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis), his parents are working very hard to have him evacuated for expert treatment which they have been advised haematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT, including bone marrow transplant, or BMT) offers the only potential long-term cure.
They have received multiple medical quotes from several international hospitals and all have been in excess of £500k.
Any help or support that you can render for this young boy will be greatly appreciated.
