HENRY OUR POODLE RESCUE DOG.
UPDATE: “Henry’s white blood count is good and his vitals are stable. However, he’s still vomiting. They have him on an NG tube so he can continue to get some nutrition, and they’ll continue to monitor. It hasn’t been 24 hours yet, so I feel like he’s not doing worse.” Keep Henry in your thoughts; he is not through the worst yet. ❤️
Not the post I ever want to write, but we need more prayers, positive thoughts, and good vibes for an Infinity Alum from River and Sammy’s litter. Sweet little Henry (previously Canyon) is in the ICU with parvo. He is in critical condition, and his family is asking that everyone keeps him in their thoughts!
Parvo this year (it seems to get worse every year) is absolutely running rampant and can be anywhere you least expect. Gas stations, public places, river edges, anywhere that could be patrolled by unvaccinated dogs or wild animals is a risk. This is never anyone’s fault—let me put those comments to rest right now! Do not comment with judgment, or you will be blocked—parvo can happen to ANY puppy that is not fully vaccinated.
Please keep Henry and his family in your thoughts! If you feel inclined to donate to their ICU bills, I will link her PayPal to this post as well.
